Currently, we are committed to hiring several lateral attorneys. We are a mid-sized Connecticut law firm with diverse and sophisticated national and international tax practice. We offer associates the opportunity to develop a comprehensive knowledge of domestic and foreign income and transfer taxes. Associates work on substantial matters representative of the unusual diversity and sophistication of our tax practice, including planning for high net worth individuals, partnerships, corporations and joint ventures. We are committed to associate training and career development through numerous in-house and independent training sessions and seminars.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-9 years experience in tax and/or estate planning (LLM, MBA and/or CPA helpful), a strong academic background and an excellent work ethic.
