Our firm is based in New Haven, Connecticut, and maintains a satellite office in midtown New York. Founded in 1962, Bergman, Horowitz & Reynolds has grown to 32 lawyers, due to the increasing demand for our specialized services and our diversification into new areas of law. Of our firm’s attorneys, 16 are principals and 16 are associates. We have grown both by the addition of highly skilled and experienced attorneys and by the hiring of young men and women with outstanding law school records and personal qualities. Our firm has traditionally encouraged the development of principals from the ranks of our associates. In the last six years, four of our associates became principals. Generally, for new associates hired directly out of law school, the length of time between law school graduation and becoming a principal is between six and eight years.
